Special arrangements will need to be made for any arrivals outside of our office hours. Housekeeping All condos and homes are supplied with towels, linens and toiletries. Kitchens are fully equipped and are to be maintained by the guests. Extra housekeeping charges may apply if a unit is left in an excessively messy state. Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant will provide a mid-week clean for any stay that is 7 nights or longer. Mid-week clean includes changing all linens and towels, vacuum and removal of garbage. Full clean and laundry is provided at checkout. Daily housekeeping available by request for a nominal fee. * NO SMOKING IN UNITS, NO PETS. * Children under 12 stay for free. * Extra person charge - 10$ per person per night * Rollaway cot, Crib or Highchair (when available) 15$ per night. *25 yrs old Minimum required to place a reservation. Deposit Policy One night deposit is due at the time of confirming your reservation. The balance, including all taxes and activities is due 30 days prior to your arrival. [▲top] Security Deposit Policy A signed, valid credit card voucher is required at check-in or $500.00 cash. Personal checks are not accepted. The voucher will be voided approx. 2 weeks after departure, provided there are no long distance telephone charges, damage, missing inventory or excessive cleaning required on departure. [▲top] Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit first night deposit. Within 30 days of arrival, subject to minimum 1 night penalty to maximum full forfeiture. Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant will make every effort to rebook the unit and will refund the guest every night that is resold with exception to the first night deposit. [▲top] Customer Discretion A reservation is for a specified number of guests. Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant requires prior notification of any increase in the size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum set by the owner. Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer. [▲top] Limit of Liability Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant acts a rental manager for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant reserves the right to transfer guests to an equivalent property at its discretion, if the one reserved becomes unavailable. Rendez-Vous Mont Tremblant cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of electricity, telephone, water or cable service. [▲top] Rates/Taxes All rates are quoted in Canadian currency per property per night. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests are charged $10.00 per person per night. Rates and exchange are subject to change. Taxes - 6% Goods and Services Tax + 7.5% Quebec Sales Tax. Some properties are subject to a 3% royalty tax. Non-residents of Canada are eligible for a 6% refund, which may be claimed at the airport, customs or by mail. |
